Quick Patch exe/msp

Is it possible to have the quick patch feature produce a ".msp" instead of the update.exe, or perhaps a utility the would convert this update.exe to a ".msp"??

In a QuickPatch project, you can decide to create Update.exe or *.msp file by changing Launcher Settings at Patch Settings -> General Information -> Build Settings.
